Platform Service Agreement

All services are subject to a separate service agreement, which details:

• Match Coverage and Streaming Schedule
• Live Streams and Data Updates
• Membership and Payment Rules
• Content Usage Policy
• Platform Intellectual Property

For specific match live streams, the service agreement takes precedence over these Terms.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate match viewing requirements
• Provide effective feedback
• Respond promptly to platform notifications
• Pay membership fees on time

Fees and Payment Rules

All fee quotes are in RMB unless otherwise stated.

• Initial subscriptions typically require full payment in advance.
• Membership becomes effective immediately after payment.
• Late payments may result in service interruption.

Content Updates and Adjustments

Our standard services include:

Additional content requests will incur extra charges at standard rates.

Intellectual Property Ownership

You will receive:

• 九游 reserves the right to display user viewing preference data to optimize services.
• Third-party content copyright belongs to the original rights holder.

Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
• Paid membership fees are non-refundable during the service period.
• Users are responsible for all services used.

Limitation of Liability

九游 Sports Technology Co., Ltd. is not responsible for:

• Live stream delays due to third-party service interruptions
• Viewing stuttering caused by network issues
• Incorrect push notifications due to inaccurate user-provided information

Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user for the specific service.

Platform Usage Guidelines

When using this platform, you agree not to:

• Unauthorized scraping of live content
• Attempting to breach platform security measures
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
