Definitions in these Terms:

• "Event" refers to the sports live broadcasts and related services provided by 九游 Sports Technology.
• "User" refers to an individual or entity purchasing our services.
• "Live Content" refers to the final event live broadcasts provided to the user.
• "Project" refers to a specific event live broadcast or information service.

Service Agreement Highlights

All services are subject to separate service agreements, which outline:

• Event Scope and Broadcast Details
• Broadcast Schedule and Key Milestones
• Fees and Payment Terms
• Content Update Policy
• Intellectual Property Statement

For specific events, the service agreement takes precedence over these terms.

User Responsibilities

User commits to:

• Providing complete and accurate event information requirements
• Providing all necessary reference materials
• Responding promptly to feedback requests
• Paying fees as agreed upon

Fees and Payment Rules

All fees are quoted in RMB, unless otherwise specified.

• A 50% prepayment is typically required to initiate services.
• The final payment is due before the delivery of the final content.
• Overdue payments may incur a monthly late fee of 1.5%.

Content Revisions and Changes

Our standard service includes:

• 2 highlight reels
• 3 rounds of in-depth analysis

Additional event interpretations will be charged at standard hourly rates.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full unlock, the user will receive:

• Usage rights for the final live content for the specified project
• 九游 reserves the right to showcase this content in our portfolio
• Source files remain the property of 九游 Sports Technology unless purchased separately.

Cancellation Policy Details

Cancellation details:

• Service can be canceled with written notice.
• Prepayments are non-refundable after service commencement.
• Users are responsible for all fees for completed services.

Limitation of Liability

九游 Sports Technology is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user

Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by the user for the specific event.

Platform Usage Guidelines

When using this platform, you agree to:

• Using our content without permission
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfering with or disrupting website security

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Terms Update Notification

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
